The rules of using Novilade. We've written a friendly summary at the top, then the formal terms below for transparency.
The short version (TL;DR)
- ✓Pay → we verify → you receive your subscription. Simple.
- ✓Each product page tells you what you're buying, how it's delivered, and how long the guarantee lasts.
- ✓If something we sold stops working — we replace it (within the guarantee window).
- ✓If we can't deliver — full refund.
- ✕Don't reshare/resell our accounts, abuse them, or use them for anything illegal — your access will be revoked with no replacement.
- ✕Don't change passwords on shared/family plans — you'll break the account for everyone.
About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of novilade.com and any subscription you buy from us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you don't agree with anything below, please don't order from us — that's the simplest solution for both of us.
Who We Are
Novilade is a digital subscription reselling service operating at novilade.com, based in Algeria. We sell access to premium subscriptions from third-party services (Netflix, Spotify, Canva, ChatGPT, gaming platforms, VPNs, and more).
We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the brands whose subscriptions we sell — we simply provide a buying channel.
Orders & Payment
The order process is:
- You select a product and plan on our website.
- You message us on WhatsApp using the order button.
- We confirm availability and send you payment instructions.
- You send the payment via one of our accepted methods.
- We verify payment, then deliver your subscription.
Until payment is confirmed, no order is binding. Either side can cancel the conversation at any time with no obligation.
Delivery
We deliver subscriptions digitally — typically via WhatsApp, sometimes by email if you prefer. Delivery time varies by product and is shown on each product page (anywhere from "instant" to "within 30 minutes").
If we can't deliver your order within a reasonable timeframe, we'll issue a full refund through your original payment method.
Replacement Guarantee
Every subscription we sell comes with a replacement guarantee. The exact duration is shown on each product page. If your account stops working within this window through no fault of your own, we replace it for free.

Refunds
Our refund policy is intentionally simple:
- Full refund if you've paid and we can't deliver your order.
- No refund once you've received the subscription details and started using it. From that point, only the replacement guarantee applies.
This rule applies because digital subscriptions can't be "returned" — once you have the credentials, the value has been delivered.
What you must NOT do with accounts from us
To protect our service and other customers, the following uses are strictly prohibited. Violating any of these results in immediate loss of access — no replacement, no refund.
Account Ownership & Use
Subscriptions delivered to you are for personal use. Depending on the product type, the rules differ:
- Private/individual accounts — fully yours to use. Change the password to something only you know.
- Shared/family plans — you're using a slot on a multi-user plan. The password is managed by us. Don't change it or you lose access (and break other users on the same plan).
Each product page makes clear which type you're buying.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any subscription bought from us.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for that specific subscription.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service from the original providers — that's beyond our control. Our guarantee is the replacement window, not endless uptime.
Third-Party Services
The subscriptions we sell are operated by their original providers (Netflix, Spotify, Canva, etc.). Once you receive your account:
- Your use of that service is governed by the provider's own Terms of Service.
- Your personal data inside the service (watch history, settings, content) is subject to the provider's privacy policy, not ours.
- If a service provider changes their terms, pricing, or features, we have no control over it — but we honor your replacement guarantee on our end.
Intellectual Property
The Novilade brand, logo, website design, and content are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
The brands and logos of services we resell (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) belong to their respective owners. We use them only for identification, not to claim ownership or affiliation.
Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect only what's needed to deliver your order, we never sell your data, and we never store your subscription passwords.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or stop doing business with any customer who violates these Terms — particularly the forbidden uses listed above. In such cases, no replacement or refund is owed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes will be resolved according to Algerian law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Algiers — unless local consumer protection laws in your country provide stronger rights, in which case those apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. For significant changes, we'll also announce it through our usual channels (WhatsApp broadcasts, social media).
Orders already placed are covered by the version of the Terms that was in effect at the time of purchase.
